More About My Lessons

All of my classes are offered as private one on one lessons in the quiet setting of my home (update: all lessons are currently being held virtually).

My teaching style is tailored to the individual needs of each student, as every student has a different learning style.  We are all cut from a different cloth!!  Music is a new language to be learned!  Lessons should always be a combination of work and fun!  

I teach using method books for beginners, and then add  supplemental books based on each person's interest in different genres of music.  I am classically trained and teach classical music, in addition to jazz, popular, movie themes, etc.   Theory is also part of every lesson, so that each student is not only learning to read notes, but has an understanding of music as a whole.

Classes & Prices

Classes are offered as 30, 45 and 60-minute classes. 

Pricing for lessons is $35, $52.50, and $70

I bill students once a month.  There is no charge for lessons canceled with at least  24 hours notice.
